Monroe Drive Little Free Library

Monroe Drive Little Free Library LFL Charter #25171. It's a “take a book, return a book” gathering place where neighbors share their favorite literature and stories.

Started by 6 year old who loves books, but was frustrated that other LFL's in the area catered mainly to adult interests. She wanted hers to be different; to be for kids as well as their parents. The library is stocked with a rotating assortment of high quality, good condition children's, young adult, and adult books from Dan Brown to Dr. Seuss, fiction and non-fiction.

Probably not gonna find any of these titles in our LFL, unless you're already done with it...😀

A fun Geocache log from today:

"This cache was right up the kids' alley! Books, books, and more books! Minimorbler's eyes got huge when she saw several books in the Magic Treehouse series available. I finally got them to pare their selections down to two, and we signed the log and made it almost all the way back to the car before the kids accosted a good-natured muggle out walking her dog to tell her about the exciting free-library-geocache-look-what-book-I-got-I-like-your-dog! Did I mention she was good-natured? Whew. Kids. TFTC!" 😀
