Dagmar Noll is the Green Party candidate for Windham's Registrar of Voters in 2016 at ballot cell 6F (low and to the right), and has been cross endorsed by Windham's local "the Bottom Line Party" at 6G. Dagmar has been helping local voters with their registration details for the spring primaries and now the November 8th election. Add additional office skills to the Registrars and a third party by voting for Dagmar Noll in the lower right corner. The sample ballot attached covers the 4 of 5 districts in Windham/Willimantic that make up the 49th state assembly district; Dagmar is in the lower right for Willimantic voters in the 48th district as well.

Windham third registrar bid ends at the polls By MICHELLE FIRESTONE Chronicle Staff Writer WINDHAM/WILLIMANTIC — Green Party member Douglas Lary lost his second bid to become a registrar of voters during the election Tuesday. Lary faced off against Democratic Registrar Paulann “ Bunny” Lescoe and Republican Registrar Nancy Rivera during Tuesday’s elections. When the votes were tallied, Lescoe received 2,805 votes, Rivera received 1,119 votes and Lary received 849 votes. [ 455 more words. ]

Doug Lary got 849 votes, about 16% of the voters who turned out, to support his candidacy for a 3rd Registrar role, still shy of second place finish which had 21% of the voters. 9% of the voters did not express a preference in this race, again. 20141106 windham 2014 election results candidates Windham Town Manager Neal Beets today shared in his weekly email "Fast Facts" the Head Moderators Return for our Tuesday election. (see link above). Tuesday's the Chronicle also shared preliminary results which included the machine read vote but not likely those later counted by hand from about 90 photocopied ballots that were not machine readable used in district 008 (48th) when preprinted heavy card stock ballots ran out. [ 240 more words. ]

Registrar of Voters candidate Doug Lary was downtown in Willimantic for Halloween Trick or Treat at People's Park near the Willimantic Victorian Neighborhood Association's meeting house. Doug introduced himself to voters while supporters Jean de Smet and Roger Henry helped with distributing and re-supplying the candy. The map can give you a sense of your polling site, but if you haven't voted recently, or are near the edge of a colored section of the map, check the streets and street numbers listed for each site at the link to street lists.

The big parties created a Registrar of Voters race they can not lose. Minor parties rarely have a Registrar, and the unaffiliated can't serve as Registrars.
