Tennis Programs for All Ages!

All programs are held at the Williston Central School tennis courts.

K–2nd Grade: Starting 9/9
Smaller courts, shorter racquets, and low-bounce balls make tennis easier and more fun for young players!

3rd–5th Grade: Starting 9/9
Build tennis skills while having fun and staying active! Work on groundstrokes, volleys, and serves with age-appropriate equipment and game-based activities.

6th–8th Grade: Starting 9/12
This program is all about playing while learning! USTA-approved coaches will teach the fundamentals using modified equipment and engaging activities.

Adults 18+: Starting 9/12
New to tennis or looking to get back into the game? This beginner-friendly program focuses on the fundamentals of serving, rallying, and playing while getting a great workout.

A well-trained dog is a happier dog... and a happier owner, too!

Starting August 26, we're offering two great opportunities for you and your pup:

Dog Training Basics: Build a happy, confident, well-behaved dog while learning practical obedience, everyday life skills, and how to better understand your dog's communication.

Therapy Dog Academy: This course prepares dogs and handlers for therapy work, teaching the skills, confidence, and teamwork needed to become a successful therapy team.

We're excited to partner with Villari's Self Defense Centers to offer Kempo Karate this fall at The R.E.C. Zone!

Students will build confidence, discipline, focus, and respect while learning martial arts in a fun, supportive environment. Whether they're trying karate for the first time or looking to grow their skills, this program is a great way to stay active and make new friends.

Fridays, September 4 through September 25
