We have great news! The City of Willits will be hosting a Life Line Screening event on 07/11/2025. Life Line Screening is the premier provider of stroke and cardiovascular disease risk screenings since 1993.

Life Line Screening is extending a discounted offer to all City of Willits members which will identify your risk level for the following diseases:
1. Carotid Artery Disease
2. Peripheral Arterial Disease
3. Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm
4. Atrial Fibrillation

Willits Water Customers -

We want to inform you that this month’s water bills will be arriving one week later than usual. The delay was caused by a misunderstanding between the City’s utility billing software provider and our meter reading vendor. A necessary software update, required for the two systems to properly communicate, was not identified in time to complete the meter reading and billing process as scheduled.

Once the issue was discovered, the City had to wait for the software upgrade to be completed before moving forward. As a result, staff began the billing process later than normal. Residents can expect to receive their water bills late next week.

NEW Online Bill Pay System - over the past several months the city has converted to a software company for our billing and along with this change we are changing our online bill pay to "XPRESS BILL PAY"

XPRESS BILL PAY is user friendly - all you have to do is go online to https://xpressbillpay.com/ and sign up for a new account.

Please be advise, when setting up your new account use the new account number on your bill - it will look something like "00###-000", please keep in mind when entering the new account number leave out the dash (-) between the numbers and include all zero's.

Anyone that would like assistance in setting up your new bill pay account, please contact XPRESS BILL PAY customer service at 385-218-0343 and a friendly representative will walk you through the steps.

Swimming Pool update – Sunday June 29, 2025

We are excited to say the pool will be opening back up tomorrow, Monday, June 30. We hope to see all of you there.

POOL UPDATE - Tuesday, June 23rd.....we regret to inform our community that at this time the pool will be closed for the remained of this week. If we can reopen before next Monday, June 30th, we will update our post.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Swimming pool update- Sunday, June 22
The pool will continue to be closed through at least Monday and we will continue to update the site as quickly as possible to let you know when we will reopen.

UPDATE: 5:30PM on Thursday, June 19th - we regret to info you that the pool will remain closed until Monday, June 23rd. If we have any changes on the reopening date, we will update our page.

We are into our second week of pool season🙂but unfortunately, we will be closed today, Thursday, June 19th, to allow staff to adjust the chemicals, so that we may continue.

Flushing Update - Tuesday, May 20

Flushing will be resuming today, Tuesday, May 20th at approximately 9:30am on McKinley, Bush, Coast St, South Coast, Mill St and Raymond Ln to Pine St including Laurel St to North St. You may experience low and or no pressure for brief periods of time due to exercising the mainline and fire hydrant valves. Please use caution in the area.
