After 34 years of dedicated service, we are celebrating the retirement of Mike Kroeker! 🎉

Mike has made a tremendous impact as a Technology Education Teacher, spending 2 years at Willmar Junior High and 32 years at Willmar Senior High. Throughout his career, he inspired students through robotics, Tech Challenge, and Supermileage competitions, helping many discover future career paths and pursue them with passion. ❤️

In retirement, Mike is looking forward to taking on construction projects, possibly starting a small business with his wife, and spending more time hunting and fishing. 🎣

Thank you, Mike, for 34 years of innovation, mentorship, and service to Willmar Public Schools. Wishing you all the best in this next chapter!

More than 130 Willmar High School seniors were recognized for their outstanding academic achievements during the Excellence in Education Awards & Scholarship Awards Ceremony at the Brau Performing Arts Center. 🎓🌟

Thanks to the Willmar Civic Scholarship Association, students received cords of distinction for earning GPAs between 3.25–4.0+ along with scholarship recognition for their hard work and dedication throughout high school.

Congratulations to all of our honor seniors on this incredible accomplishment and well-deserved recognition! 👏

On May 31, students crossed the stage at the Willmar Civic Center and celebrated the culmination of years of hard work, determination, and achievement. Surrounded by family, friends, staff, and supporters, graduates marked an important milestone as they prepare for the next chapter of their lives.
