Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) teaches adults how to help adolescents experiencing mental health or substance use challenges.

This training is ideal for:
👩‍🏫 Parents • Family Members • Caregivers • Teachers • School Staff • Human Services Workers • Neighbors

Participants will learn how to:
✅ Recognize warning signs and risk factors for youth mental health concerns
✅ Understand the importance of early intervention
✅ Respond effectively to mental health challenges
✅ Build a supportive community that helps youth thrive
