First up, a big shoutout to Mike on five incredible years with us! He brings a precision and quality that few can match and has grown into a key part of our Team. We're lucky to have him and are grateful for all he contributes.

And then, there’s Andy, our president, who’s spent 26 years leading with vision and purpose. From mowing the lawns at 16 to guiding Bowden MFG to new heights, Andy’s journey reflects his dedication and forward-thinking approach. Recently, she’s been mastering the assembly process for the M2 machine gun backing plate, which involves six steps to complete before it heads out the door to our Customer. Whether it’s assembly, laser marking, or any other task, Barb jumps in wherever help is needed, and we’re grateful for her dedication and versatility. Please help us congratulate Wes today on an incredible 42 years with Bowden Manufacturing! Wes has grown from a machinist to a key leader, including overseeing and mentoring our mechanical engineers.
