Kings CERT hosted a 20 hour Basic Class presented by the Mat Su Borough Emergency Operations Ctr Specialists. Two Willow CERT volunteers supported the course as skills coaches for the final exercise!
It was a very well organized course. The comprehensive final exercise was supported by “survivor actor” volunteers from the community and 3 CERTs.
Borough Mayor Edna DeVries (seen in pic) attended the graduation.
Thank you MSB EOC for promoting and supporting CERTs across the valley.

Su Dog 300! Willow CERT Volunteers and community partners helped get the 17 teams of mushers & dogs get off to a safe start at one of the road crossings yesterday.
