Please plan on donating food for STMM St Vincent DePaul food bank on Saturday, September 12th, from 8 AM to 4 PM at Petie's Family Restaurant at Shoregate.

These are the food items they need: only canned chicken soup (because they have to purchase it from the Cleveland food bank, the other soups they get free), boxed pancake mix, pancake syrup, boxed macaroni & cheese, boxed potatoes (any kind), boxed or bags of rice, pasta/noodles, pasta sauce, any kind of cereal, condiments: ketchup, mustard, relish, mayo, personal hygiene products; shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, bar soap, liquid hand soap, feminine products, toothpaste, toothbrush and laundry detergent. Please NO canned vegetables they have plenty, and nothing for babies because that will be donated to Birthright.

The St. Mary Magdalene St. Vincent de Paul Society, in partnership with the Willowick Police Department, is organizing our annual "Fill the Cruiser" event. This event aims to collect food items for community members in need. It will take place on Saturday, September 12th, from 8 AM to 4 PM. We are excited to have Petie's Family Restaurant hosting the event again this year!

Congratulations Owen Engle for your hard work and dedication to make this memorial happen.

Construction is underway on a new parking lot just off Lakeshore Boulevard in Willowick, and at the edge of that lot, a path will lead to a Gold Star Families Memorial Monument.

Due to poor air quality caused by wildfire smoke from Canada, tomorrow’s Touch-a-Truck event has been canceled out of an abundance of caution for the health and safety of our residents, visitors, and participating personnel.

We understand many families were looking forward to this event and apologize for any inconvenience. Our team is already working with our community partners to reschedule, and we will provide an update as soon as a new date has been finalized.

Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing everyone at the rescheduled event. Please continue to monitor local air quality conditions and take appropriate precautions while spending time outdoors.
