We are a community non-profit organization focused on serving our local community and helping the children of our town and the world. We meet weekly to conduct our club business and discuss the issues of our community, and each week we have a member of the community come in as a guest to give a presentation. Our meetings are fun and light-hearted as well as informative and intriguing, and are a fantastic way to get to know your local community while at the same time giving back.

Come on out to Mar-Val tomorrow night and grab some lasagna!!

A whole meal for less than the price of a dozen eggs!! 🍳😁

Did you know that Willows Kiwanis is the longest established service club in Willows? Next March 2024, it will be 100 YEARS!!
That's right, Rotary, Lyons and you crazy Elks! 🀣

Did you know that the high school club, Key Club is chartered by Kiwanis? Our local club just resurrected Key Club at WHS in 2019 and it has been going strong, even through the Covid-19 chaos 😁

Key Club is a student-led, high school service organization. At WHS, the students elect their officers and organize events and do community service all school year. Recently, they held a blood drive, brought Valentine's Day cards to the elderly and help out other organizations like the Thanksgiving dinner last fall.

Willows Kiwanis is focused on serving and supporting our local youth, primarily in Willows, but also Glenn County. We raise funds all year long with our volunteer members with 100% of the proceeds going to those with needs, both big and small. We have helped the high school robotics club, Adopt-a-Family, the Glenn County Elite Cheer, the GCOE Star Center in Orland serving Willows & Glenn County foster kids & homeless youth....just to name a few in the last couple of years.

Tell a friend and come out tomorrow to Mar-Val (bakery side) and say Hi to some Key Clubbers and veteran Kiwanis members. Special thanks to Mark, Donna and all at Mar-Val, as well as Carol Lemenager and Tammy Phifer for all your help and continual community support!! 🀩🀩🀩

Had a wonderful Christmas celebration with this amazing group of community leaders & people dedicated to community service.

A BIG thanks to those that have contributed to our fundraising efforts this past year (and prior years). 100% of our fundraising funds go directly back to the Willows community. This past year we were able to donate $10,000 in scholarships and thousands of dollars gifted to groups such as Adopt-a-Family, the local domestic violence shelter, the local food bank, and Glenn County’s foster program, among others.

A big shout-out to some of our long-standing members including the Honorable Don Byrd (44 years), Jim Lambert (37 years) and Phil Dunning (37 years).

Friendly reminder that we will have our Can project open from 9am to noon tomorrow, but will be closed next Saturday for Christmas.

Merry Christmas from the Willows Kiwanis club!!! πŸŽ„
