Over the last year, we hope we have shown our community just how committed we are to serving, protecting, and showing up when we are needed. ❤️🔥
Now, we are asking for your help as we work toward a few important needs for our department.
1st Priority — Insulation for our new station
Our new station is a huge blessing, but it still needs insulation. Once insulated, we can add temperature control, better protect our equipment, and get more of it out of the heat, cold, and weather.
2nd Priority — A 40-foot shipping container
Right now, some of our equipment is being stored at volunteers’ homes because we simply do not have enough space. Having a shipping container would allow us to keep that equipment together, organized, and ready to go. When every second matters, having everything in one location can help improve our response time.
3rd — Our BIG dream
We would love to have another building donated—or the resources to build one—large enough to house our two fire engines.
Right now, both engines sit outside in the elements. The Texas sun, rain, heat, and weather cause parts to wear faster and make it incredibly difficult to properly protect and maintain equipment that our community depends on.
This one is a BIG dream, but we have seen firsthand what can happen when a community comes together.
We are a volunteer department. We are committed to doing the work, answering the calls, training, serving, and being there when our neighbors need us.
We simply ask for our community’s help so we can continue doing what we feel called to do.
And we would LOVE to see everyone at our Pancake Breakfast on September 12th! 🥞🚒 Come eat breakfast with us, visit with your local firefighters, and help support the department. We truly can’t wait to see everyone there!
Whether you can donate financially, donate materials, help connect us with a business that may be able to assist, attend the pancake breakfast, or simply share this post—every bit of support matters.
Thank you for believing in us, supporting your volunteer firefighters, and helping us build a department that can continue serving this community for years to come. 🚒❤️
