Congratulations to WCS Class of 2026 graduate Gavin Hathaway on being selected as a recipient of the 2026–2027 Mike Rowe WORKS Foundation Work Ethic Scholarship. Gavin has earned a $19,500 scholarship award in recognition of his commitment to pursuing a career in the skilled trades.

The Mike Rowe WORKS Foundation created the Work Ethic Scholarship Program to help close the nation's skilled labor gap by providing financial assistance to students pursuing training in high-demand skilled trades, helping them gain the education they need while avoiding excessive student loan debt.

Congratulations, Gavin, on this outstanding achievement and best wishes for continued success as you prepare for an exciting future in the skilled trades!
