Sadly, Reuel Sample is correct in one regard - NC voters will never have an opportunity to vote for a NC Constitutional Amendment that would define that human life begins at conception. There is almost a supermajority of Republicans at the NC General Assembly, and yet they lack the collective courage to stand up for what’s right and stand up for the lives of unborn children.
The rest of Mr. Sample’s speech sounds like the apologetics coming out of the pro choice camp.
No Mr. Sample - believing that life begins at conception is not just a spiritual truth revealed to us by God. It is also a scientific fact revealed to us by biology and genetics. We need to outlaw abortion in NC, not just preach against it.
