Our MISSION is to provide principle-centered, person-driven services and lifestyle choices for individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness, so they may live as meaningful and contributing members of their communities. We provide services throughout the state of Pennsylvania from our headquarters in Swarthmore and in New Castle County, Delaware from our offices in Wilmington.
