Hargrove Bellamy House The 1928 Hargrove Bellamy House is a prominent historic home in Wilmington's mansion doistrict and will be a residence for Timothy R. Fussell.

Purchased in December 2016, the Hargrove Bellamy House is being restored to its orgiinal granduer to become a residence and corporate center for Timothy R. Fussell, founder of the Partners South companies. Having fallen into disrepair, the home is undergoing a full renovating faithful to its original Georgian Revival design.
