If Trump lies about the 2020 election being stolen by fraud, why is it that not one judge heard any of his evidence? It was all tossed out due to “no standing”. Can you believe Trump has no standing as a candidate in the election under investigation? It’s mind numbing to think about it.

It's a sad day when one party or the other can vote in these types of legislation over the other. That can lead to purely one-sided control over the other and some of us will lose their voice in Congress. Oh, wait, what? We already have that. Seems that it's even worse than that. Both parties are fractured, struggling to solidify power with not much getting done.

Missouri is the twelfth state to move forward the Convention of States which passed their legislature last Thursday. North Carolina is currently considering the issue. To me there's nothing much to talk about. It's about control, taking back control. Giving back to state legislatures the power to appoint their Senators rather than being directly elected in general election is something needing to be discussed at the Convention. This returns to the states what was lost through the 17th Amendment. Term limits are another. Too much attention paid to reelection and campaign money results in decisions with no regard to what's best for the country.

It's the election season with all the candidates lining up to capture your vote. Who's the better candidate? Which party to best represent us? These are important questions to ask yourself as the answers could determine the direction of the country. To me the best candidate will bring Free Markets and Laissez Faire policy as primary focus rather than state authority and crony capitalism. If we're not talking about policies to unleash capitalism, it's business as usual with more of the same. Both parties, Democrat and Republican, have morphed into socialism. The only difference between them is who their friends are, meaning where the money goes. So read up on this, the meaning of capitalism, socialism, communism and fascism too. You'll find something out about where we are, which direction we're going, how to change direction and probably something about yourself as well.
