Residents of 32245 to 32665 West River Road, Kerry Lane, Kerry Court & Riverside Court:

The Boil Order that has been in effect for your area since 08/26/2026 is now lifted. Removal of this boil order also releases any/all food service establishments to reopen.

The water main was repaired, flushed, sampled, and tested on 08/26/2026. The passing results were received from the laboratory on 8/27/2026 around 05:04 pm.

There is still still a boil order for the following addresses on West River Road: 32104 to 32164. We are waiting for yesterday's sample results and will post the removal notice once we receive them.

We thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact Mike Martin at (815)823-0570 or the Wilmington Water Department at (815) 476-6732.

Welcome Back To School!

As our kids head back to school, let's do our part to keep them safe.

SCHOOL ZONE SPEED LIMITS
20 MPH when the lights are flashing

SCHOOL BUSSES ARE ON THE ROAD
Never pass a stopped school with its lights/signs engaged.

Slow down - Stay Alert - Watch for children crossing.

Give yourself a little extra time, put the phone down, and remember: getting there a few minutes late is better than causing an accident or getting cited by police.

Have a safe and happy school year💜🤍💜
