Meet Alex Wendt, a Freshman from Ellicott City, MD. Alex is majoring in Adapted Special Education. Alex’s favorite part of WSLs is the awesome community and opportunities for growth as a future educator. A fun fact about Alex is that she has six wisdom teeth!

Meet Sami Schwartz, a Junior from Raleigh, NC. Sami is majoring in Middle Grades Education with Language Arts and Social Studies. Her favorite part of WSLs is being able to meet new people and be more involved in Watson. A fun fact about her is that she plays the saxophone

Meet Caroline Owings, a Junior from Elkin, NC. Caroline is a Special Education major. She is new to Watson Student Leaders, but so excited to meet everyone and have a community that she can call on when she needs it! Everyone she has met has been AMAZING! She can not wait to see what the future holds of being a part of this amazing organization! A fun fact about her is that she loves Dolly Parton.

Meet Dana Rejtig, a Junior from Indian Trail, NC. Dana is an Elementary Education major with a concentration in Behavioral studies. Dana just joined WSL, but is so excited to get involved and see what it is all about! A fun fact about Dana is that she has a dog named Charlie.

Meet Cailyn Breeden, a Junior from White, Georgia. Cailyn is an Elementary Education major. WSL has allowed her to make new friends, while also being able to get involved on campus. A fun fact about Cailyn is that she was a cheerleader for 7 years!
Meet Tate Brennan, a Junior from Holly Springs, NC. Tate is an Elementary Education major. Tate’s favorite part of WSL is getting connected with other people who are passionate about teaching! A fun fact about Tate is that she has seen Taylor Swift in concert!
Meet Emma Smith-Hare, a Senior from Charlotte, NC. Emma is a Special Education major. Emma’s a new member in WSL this semester, but she is looking forward to all the opportunities the program offers! A fun fact about Emma is that she has been skydiving!
Meet Anna Whetstone, a Senior from Holly Springs, NC. Anna is majoring in Math Education. Anna’s favorite thing about WSL is getting to meet people who share the same passion for teaching and building a community with them! A fun fact about Anna is that she has ridden every rollercoaster at Carowinds!
