DelawareKidsCAN: The Delaware Campaign for Achievement Now was launched in 2017 as a nonprofit education advocacy organization to empower, mobilize and collaborate with everyday Delawareans to advocate for a high-quality education system. We improve policy to help all students thrive and share promising practices and stories to demonstrate that all kids CAN succeed.

Franklin Roosevelt was president the last time Delaware updated its school funding formula.

That's why we're so excited to finally celebrate passage of a new formula which has been years in the making.

With new money and services included for low income, multilingual, and special education learners, this new weighted student formula puts the needs of all Delaware students first.
