We had the privilege of seeing Mayor John Carney unveil an amazing literacy initiative that's changing reading education for Wilmington's children!

The Wilmington Public Library was filled with excited second-graders as they discovered innovative reading tools—everything from interactive video games to engaging flashcards—during a celebration that showcases our city's community spirit.
