Lansdowne South will have their spring Neighborhood Yard Sale, in conjunction with Fox Run tomorrow, Saturday, April 14. All home owners are welcome to setup and sell items.

We had an HOA meeting on February 5th with very light turnout. Out of 76 homes in the Lansdowne South HOA, we had 17 residences represented with an additional 4 voter proxies submitted. Not enough to meet the 60% requirement to vote on HOA issues or elect new members to the HOA board. With that in mind, we are tentatively scheduling another HOA meeting for June 7th. We're still working out the details and preparations but we wanted to start getting the advance word out that another meeting is coming. We hope you will reserve the date and join us!

Thanks to everyone who donated to Nourish NC. We donated 206 pounds and $200!
This Sunday (7/12) my son and I will be collecting food to donate to Nourish NC. Last week we left tags on your doors about this community service project. Please place bags either at your front door in a visible location or at the end of your driveway by 10 am. We have received so many contributions so far, thank you to those who have already donated!
FOUND DOG: Mangum Drive - older yellow lab with no collar looking for owner. He is currently in our backyard - please call if he is yours! 203-482-3793
