Our team took immediate action, working diligently to resolve the fire alarm system deficiencies and bring everything fully up to code—prioritizing safety and a timely return for residents. We’re proud to share that the Fire Marshal has accepted all of our work, and the inspection went smoothly.

Following recent coverage by WECT News 6, the management team at Poplar Grove Assisted Living Facility has taken swift action to address the system deficiencies, engaging Optimum Fire & Security to support corrective measures.

We are actively repairing all fire alarm deficiencies and bringing the system fully up to code, with a focus on completing the work quickly so residents can return safely.

We’re on track for inspection with the Fire Marshal and will be taking over monitoring to ensure reliable communication with the central station moving forward.
