Ladies Auxiliary Package Details

The Auxiliary offers a package deal to include: 4-hour Open Bar and a Buffet Dinner. Five hour rental. Minimum 125 for rental. FPFC will set up the tables and chairs for the event. (This includes head, gift, cake, place card and guest tables)
FPFC will do table settings, and skirt the appropriate tables. Decorations, DJ, cake; and someone to cut the cake are the responsibility of the renter. When choosing your decorations, please be aware that nothing may touch our ceiling or our walls. No food other than the cake and cookie tray may be brought in. The hall seats 250 people comfortably. A 60 inch round table is used (Eight seats per table). 8ft. (Eight foot) Banquet Tables are used for the head table. FPFC Bar will provide the proper number of professional bartenders for the event. You must use the Five Points Fire Company Bar Facilities for the distribution of Soda or Alcohol. A choice from the enclosed Bar Information Sheet must be made. No soda or Alcoholic beverages may be brought into the Hall or on Five Points Property. See the Bar Information. FPFC is not responsible for any items left in the facility. (This includes a guest or the caterer.) Five Points Memorial Hall is a non-smoking facility. The deposit for the package deal is $700.00. This deposit is due at the time of contract signing, in order to secure the hall. THIS DEPOSIT IS NONREFUNDABLE
The Final payment for the Auxiliary package is due two weeks prior to your event. This must be made in a certified check or money order. Outside Caterer Package Details

FPFC is renting the hall. It is not the responsibility for tablecloths, table settings, and decorations, DJ, cake; etc. these are the responsibility of the renter or caterer

Five Points Bar Information
The bar prices are included with quotes from the Hall Rental Committee or their representatives. This rate includes children. The standard bar rate includes one hour cocktails, CLOSED BAR DURING DINNER, and 3 hours after dinner. One extra hour of bar may be purchased at the original hourly bar price and at the original number of guests as specified on the signed contract. The open bar rate also includes champagne for the head table and the two family tables. Champagne for the standard guest tables is available for $10.00 per bottle. We enforce a dress code so that our bartenders give the client the most professional appearance possible. We furnish an adequate number of bartenders for the affair, which eliminates any long waits for service. Our bartenders are there to serve the client and do whatever is possible to make the evening flow graciously and professionally. The bartenders do have to comply with the laws of the State of Delaware and WILL check for proof of age if questionable. They will also refuse to serve alcoholic beverages to anyone who appears to be intoxicated, anyone who is unable to provide proof of age, or anyone who provides alcohol to any person attending the event who is under age. Our bartenders will call a cab for anyone who has consumed too much alcohol if the guest has no other way home. Our ultimate goal is to insure everyone a good time and also a safe one. Any guest of the party or function who becomes unruly or acts in a disorderly manner will be requested to leave the premises of the Five Points Fire Company immediately. We offer complimentary “munchies” (goldfish, etc.) during the cocktail hour to prevent our guests from drinking on an empty stomach. Per the ABCC rules, we do not permit outside alcohol to be brought into our Banquet facility. Hall Rental Fee

No alcoholic beverages are to be brought into the Five Points Memorial Hall. All bar payment must be by money order, certified check or cash, due two weeks prior to rental

Planning on having a wedding in the future? Recently engaged? Come on out to Five Points Memorial Hall on Friday, November 6th., 6:30pm until 8:30pm for our Bridal Fair Date Night. There will be several sponsors that can help you plan your wedding, dresses, tuxedos, even the cake. Cost is $5.00 person (Bride and Groom are free with 4 guests) There will be door prizes that night with the grand prize of a complimentary hall Rental at Five Points Memorial Hall.
