Mrs. Mitchell is loading up new books for the library for our students to check out and enjoy! There is an assortment of pictures books, graphic novels, chapter books and non-fiction titles that were purchased with the funds earned from our school Book Fairs.
That's right - when you make purchases at our Book Fair, you walk out with something for you and support the school library at the same time! 100% of the library funding for new books comes from what we raise during our fairs.
Our Fall Book Fair is right around the corner - a few things to know:
📘Book Fair is September 14-18
📗Tuesday, September 15th Bingo Night -Book Fair will be open
📕Parents can purchase a e-gift card for student's to use while shopping (literati.com/store/?school=dr-hubert-eaton-senior-elementary-school-wilmington-nc)
📘 New this year - we are required to charge 7% sales tax on all purchases
📗 Due to the shortage and discontinuation of pennies, cash purchases will be rounded to the nearest nickel (up or down). The cash registers do this automatically. Other payment types will be the exact amount.
📕 Teacher wish lists will be available if you would like to directly gift your classroom a new book!
📘 By popular demand - the quarter game will be making a return during Bingo night! Have your quarters ready!
