This quarter our 3rd-5th graders have had the opportunity to participate in the Eaton Reading Olympics. To encourage independent reading of chapter books of choice, students can “compete” by completing events in the winter or summer challenge. So far, 9 students have earned their Gold Medals 🥇 by completing all 10 events in the challenge! Way to go Olympians! The Olympics continue through the last day of school. Thank you to the Intracoastal Realty Teacher Fund for providing a grant for prizes! 💜🩵

This quarter our 1st graders have been reading Cinderella stories from around the world. Last Friday they had a Cinderella Ball to celebrate the culmination of their unit! We’re so proud of these princes and princesses! 👑💜🩵

This week we’ve had some very special guests in 2nd grade! Each classroom welcomed their baby chicks that hatched from eggs they’ve been incubating. Today the chicks will be picked up to go to the farm. They will be missed! 💜🩵🐣

Last Saturday our Girls on the Run team participated in their 5K race. They worked hard to prepare throughout the program and had a great day! Thank you to our coaches who led them! Way to go Olympians! 💜🩵

Today we were thrilled to welcome back the Class of 2026 to walk the Eaton halls one more time! We loved seeing these students (and their parents) before they graduate. We are so proud of all you have accomplished and wish you all the best on the road ahead! Remember, once an Olympian, always an Olympian!

On Friday we celebrated our AMAZING Eaton volunteers with our annual parade and breakfast. We are so grateful for the time that all of our volunteers give doing so many things in our school!
