Whether you are interested in retraining, advancement, continuing education, or completion of your high school requirements, we have a program for you. We also offer an outstanding free ESL (English as a second Language) classes, for individuals whose primary language is not English. The Adult Education Division (AED) of the New Castle County Vo-Tech School District offers a wide range of educatio

nal programs. Part-time and evening courses are offered for students in academic, apprenticeship training, certification, and technical training programs. Groves High School; General Educational Development (GED); Adult Basic Education (ABE); and Career Counseling.
