We are incredibly honored to partner with Director Jeff Williford, ENP, CMCP (NC APCO’s 2026 Director of the Year!), Assistant Director, Jennifer Etheridge, and the amazing Gold Line Heroes at Wilson County 911 as they continue empowering their training program through AI-powered, scenario-based learning designed to enhance classroom training and academy experiences.

And let us tell you something about this team. These are some of the most passionate, hardworking, service-driven, and genuinely FUN people you will ever meet. Just take one look at how they celebrate National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week each year and you will immediately see the heart, pride, and culture they have built within their ECC.
