Update 8/20/26 : both websites are back up and working properly.

Our website vendor, Granicus, is currently experiencing an outage directly affecting our City of Wilson website and Greenlight broadband website. They are aware of the outage and working through a solution.

Anyone that wants to pay a utility bill online may still do so by copy and pasting my.wilsonnc.org/login into your browser. You can also call 252-399-2200 to pay over the phone or by visiting the customer service center.

Through Wesley Shelter’s H.E.A.L. Youth Services Program, children and teens ages 0–17 who have experienced or witnessed domestic + sexual violence can receive support designed with their needs in mind.

From therapy and case management to tutoring, support groups, STEM activities, and enrichment opportunities, H.E.A.L. gives young people a safe space to receive support, build skills, and simply be kids. 🌟
