Hello everyone, just wanted to give an update on our annual spring cleanup. Thank you to everyone that has taken advantage of the dumpsters placed throughout our Community. For those who haven't yet, please get your cleaning done over the weekend, as Delta Disposal will begin picking up all the large green dumpsters starting on Monday the 18th.
If you see any of the 20 yard dumpsters near your home, you can use them.

These are placed for clean up of tribal yards and homes, when you see them getting full you can contact the Housing office 906-723-2294 and we will call to get them emptied and brought back. Thank you ☺️

🚨 Storm Delay Update – Delta Disposal 🚨

Due to hazardous road conditions and limited accessibility in some areas, Tuesday through Friday pickups will be delayed by one day this week:

• Tuesday → Wednesday
• Wednesday → Thursday
• Thursday → Friday
• Friday → Saturday

Monday, March 16th trash and recycling pickups will move to the following week. Monday customers may place any extra trash out for pickup on Monday, March 23rd.

Please note that some back roads may still not be accessible, which could cause additional delays in certain areas.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your patience as our drivers work safely through these conditions.

Keep Water Moving: Allow cold water to trickle from faucets, as moving water is less likely to freeze.

Keep Interior Warm: Maintain a consistent temperature of at least 55°F (13°C) throughout the house, even when away.

Open Cabinets: Open kitchen and bathroom cabinet doors under sinks to allow warmer, circulating air to reach plumbing on exterior walls.
