We picked up some sausage for our annual turkey shoot that starts next month! (November 6th) Thank you 5G Farms for your contribution and support! Go see them for all your home grown Got to be NC pork and beef needs! If you’re timing is right Mawmaw will even have some of her jams and jelly’s along with some “sweets”

We’re excited to work along side the pork industry with the “Give a Ham” program and the Silver Lake Fire Department and to give back to our community!

5G Farms is proud to make a sausage donation to the Silverlake Volunteer Fire Department as a small way to say THANK YOU for everything these men and women do for our community.

Our local volunteer firefighters give their time, energy and sometimes put themselves in harm’s way to serve and protect their neighbors. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support them & put some good ole Wilson County Sausage in their Freezer!

As many of you may have read from one of our recent post or from his outstanding support from the community, our brother Al Thompson is fighting brain cancer, Al will never back down from a challenge, with this challenge comes a huge financial burden. In attempt to help with this, there will be a softball tournament fundraiser held at Toisnot Park in Wilson on October 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. All proceeds goes to help Al and his family.
