As another incredible Fish Fry season has come to a close, I wanted to say thank you.
To the members of Wilson Fire Company #1 — your dedication, long hours, and teamwork are what make this event such a success year after year. From setup to cleanup, cooking to coordinating, it truly takes all of us working together, and it shows.
To our amazing community volunteers — thank you for stepping up and lending your time and energy. Your support does not go unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful to have such a strong community behind us.
And to our loyal patrons — Thank you. Many of you return week after week, and your continued support means everything to us. We’re proud to serve what many consider one of the best fish fries in Western New York, and it wouldn’t be possible without you.
As someone who has the privilege of helping share these messages on behalf of the company, I can say firsthand how proud I am to be part of this tradition and this community.
Thank you all for making this year’s Fish Fry such a success.
