On Saturday, April 18, 2015, Team S'Myelin will participate in the 2015 Walk MS & 5K Run: Baton Rouge at North Boulevard Town Square. Team S'Myelin is led by our village clerk Andrea Matthews Adams. This organization was formed in 2012 by Andrea after being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.

Multiple sclerosis is a life-long, unpredictable and often disabling disease of the central nervous system. It causes unpredictable symptoms ranging from weakness and fatigue to total paralysis, which can wax and wane in a variety of patterns.
