Oregon Fire Chiefs Association is excited to share information about the new Oregon Certified Fire Executive Program, the inaugural program of the Oregon Fire Service Leadership Academy.

Designed for current and emerging chief-level leaders, this cohort-based program will provide 200 hours of executive leadership development.

The Oregon Fire Chiefs Association is proud to partner with SAIF Corporation and the Boulder Crest Foundation to bring Struggle Well to fire service professionals across Oregon this fall.

Struggle Well is a powerful two-day training built on the science of Posttraumatic Growth. Rather than simply surviving life's challenges, participants learn practical strategies to transform struggle into strength, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and continue serving their families, organizations, and communities with purpose.

Training opportunities are available:

September 15–16 – Clackamas Fire District #1, Clackamas
September 19–20 – Nestucca Rural Fire Protection District, Cloverdale
October 15–16 – Ontario Fire & Rescue, Ontario
October 26–27 – Hood River Fire Department & EMS Community Room, Hood River
