Starting at 12:00 PM at the Wimberley Community Center, you can join game experts Josh and Kyle for an afternoon of tabletop fun. They’ll help teach new games, guide players through the rules, or jump in while you revisit old favorites.

Happy first day of Blue Hole Nature Camp!

We’re kicking off summer with this week’s theme: Eco Heroes, where our little naturalists will discover their stewardship superpowers through hands-on outdoor adventures. This week, campers are hiking the trails, creating their own Eco Hero masks, and designing maps of Blue Hole Regional Park while learning more about the world around them.

Want to join the fun? Registration is still open for the remaining nine weeks of camp! With curriculum inspired by Project WILD, team-building games, activities like archery and fort building, and of course swimming at Blue Hole, we’re ready to make this the best summer yet.

Have you ever wondered about the history of Blue Hole Regional Park? Look no further! Our guided hikes offer a behind-the-scenes look at the park through our interpretive program, covering everything from the history and funding of the park to the insects, wildlife, and beautiful native tree species that call Blue Hole home.

Our next Guided Hike is tomorrow! Join us at the picnic tables in the swim parking lot at 9:00 AM as we take a leisurely walk through the western half of the park while exploring the stories and ecology that make this space so special.

The Blue Hole swim season has officially started, and seasonal park operations are in full swing across all of our parks.

From checking guests in for swim reservations to enforcing park rules and keeping our parks looking their best, our operations staff is hard at work behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly.

Their work helps make every visit to Blue Hole Regional Park and our other park spaces safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone.

Next time you see one of our ops team members out and about, give them a wave and help us thank them for all they do.
