We always strive to provide the best possible service and communication to our customers. Every once in a while, though, we miss the mark — and when that happens, it’s important that we own it.
Recently, we became aware of an oversight that resulted in some customers not receiving advance notice about routine work being performed in their area. The notice was included as a bill insert, but due to an error in our system, customers enrolled in paperless billing did not receive that information.
We appreciate the customer feedback that brought this to our attention. It helped us quickly identify the issue and make sure it doesn’t happen again.
Our employees and contractors are local folks working to serve the community, and their safety is extremely important to us. We never want anyone working in our neighborhoods to feel like they have to question their safety while simply doing their job. We always appreciate when conversations stay respectful and avoid references to harm toward anyone working in the neighborhood.
