We’re proud to share that Evergreen Health & Rehab Center has donated a raffle basket to the Access Independence Ramp Off Fundraiser tomorrow!

This event helps raise funds to build ramps, provide wheelchairs, rollators, walkers and other essential needs for individuals with mobility challenges — giving them the freedom and independence they deserve.
