It’s National 4-H Livestock Skillathon Day and we are so excited for the Frederick County Team who is representing Virginia in today’s contest! Good luck to Keller Cooley, Emma Wisecarver, Emily Vincent, Jackson Kelly, and Corinne Cooley in today’s competition! A big shoutout to coaches Ruth Boden and Clara Nelson for their countless hours in preparing these amazing individuals!

🚨 4-H Volunteer Help Needed for TONIGHT & TUESDAY! 🚨

Frederick County 4-H is excited to showcase our Mobile Learning Trailer at the fair this week — and we need YOUR help to make it a success! 🎉

We’re looking for 4-H (teen & adult) volunteers to help staff the trailer between 3:30 PM and 8:00 PM each day. Shifts are easy, and all you need to do is greet fair-goers, keep an eye on the trailer, and encourage folks to check out our awesome hands-on exhibits! 🧠🔬🐄

🕒 Shift options:
• 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM
• 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM

Our Virginia Tech photographer will be at the fair from 2:00–5:00 PM taking pictures of 4-H members using the brand new 4-H Mobile Learning Unit trailer! 🎉
