CCHC provides services to men, women, and families through: Shelter and housing programs, life skills training, financial literacy, comprehensive case management, referrals to community organizations for help with food, clothing, childcare, employment, education, and more.

Tomorrow, the Foothills Health & Wellness Center will be in Wi******er bringing care directly into the community.

On June 17th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at CCHC! Their team will be onsite and ready to support your health in a simple, accessible way.

🩺 At this event, you can receive:
• Blood pressure checks
• A1C testing
• Case management support
• Appointment scheduling
• Referrals to care and community resources
