At NW Works, National Disability Employment Awareness Month is about recognizing how inclusive employment benefits individuals, businesses, and entire communities.

Our Pop-Up Shred Day is just a few days away! This Friday, October 23rd from 10 AM to 2 PM we will host our Pop-Up Shred Day with the assistance of NW Works team members. The event is being held in the NW Works parking lot at 3085 Shawnee Drive.
While donations are always appreciated, the first box of paper to shred is complimentary. Cash, check, and credit card donations are accepted. Every donation we receive during our shred days goes towards helping us fund programs and services for the over 250 adults with disabilities served by NW Works.
Please note that this is not a real-time shredding event. Paper will be collected and secured, then shredded in our secure facility.

NW Works is incredibly honored to be a Give with Bank of Clarke partner! Our thanks go out to the Old Town Center Branch, who selected us as their community partner for this year’s initiative. Last Friday, the NW Works team broke out the flannel for our First Friday Spirit Day, an activity that's become a fun way to celebrate together each month. As we welcome the fall season, we're keeping the spirit going each month to further connect our team and have fun!
