Thank you to the Wi******er Area Society for Human Resource Management for hosting members of our team this morning! We appreciated the opportunity to connect with HR Professionals!

Director of Employment, Jim Stevenson, shared how NW Works partners with local employers to connect motivated, job-ready individuals with meaningful employment opportunities throughout the Northern Shenandoah Valley. Together, we discussed ways organizations can strengthen their workforce, advance inclusion efforts, and bridge employment gaps by tapping into an often-overlooked talent pool.

At NW Works, we believe in empowerment through employment, and we are grateful for community partners like Wi******er SHRM who are committed to building a stronger, more inclusive workforce.
