The Wi******er Department of Social Services team is out at Harvest Ridge Park for Neighborhood Night, and we'd love for you to come see us!

Stop by tonight from 6:30-8:00p.m. for an evening of food, fun, and community connections. There will be food for sale, a DJ spinning tunes, and several of our local departments and community partners are on hand with equipment and apparatus for families and kids to check out! ๐Ÿš’๐Ÿš“

During National Night Out, the Wi******er Department of Social Services was proud to raise funds to support the Wi******er Police Department's Kids and Cops Camp.

WDSS had the opportunity to present those funds to the Wi******er Police Department! We are incredibly grateful to everyone who contributed and helped us support a program that creates positive connections between local youth and law enforcement.

We also want to recognize our continued partnership with the Wi******er Police Department. Strong communities are built through collaboration, and we're thankful to work alongside WPD in serving and supporting the Wi******er City community.

Behind every case, every crisis call, every hard day, our workers show up for the community. Our Peer Team is here to show up for them. We're not licensed therapists. We're colleagues who've been trained to listen... no judgment, no fixing, just space to vent, process, or talk it out. Personal or work-related, it doesn't matter. We're available anytime.

Our Customer Relations Representatives (CRRs) are a special part of what makes Wi******er DSS work! Stepping in for on-the-spot interviews, meeting clients in person when their worker isn't available, and keeping things moving for our community - all in the name of getting our clients what they need!
