Franklin Co. Fourth District Fire Department We were formed in 1991. We are a Volunteer Department staffed with community members.

We serve as the primary agency for fire services to the Liberty, Holders Cove, Centennial, Williams Cove, and Goshen communities in Franklin County Tennessee.

As 2025 comes to a close, we acknowledged the hard work and dedication of our team and their families. We appreciate the ongoing support of our community and everyone who plays a vital role in our success.

We would also like to recognize Captain Ruben Jones as our 2025 Firefighter of the Year. Captain Jones, your exceptional service has made a positive impact on the Fourth District Fire Department and our community.
