Our TK students did an amazing job at their “ABC Fashion Show” 🔤❤️yesterday! They even had some help from staff members and Upper School students to complete the alphabet. 👏 Today, they had a visit from Mrs. Sandoval’s 3D Art students 🎨 who delivered stuffed animals created from TK student’s artwork. As always, thank you Mrs. Mura-Smith and Mrs. Del Rio for preparing our youngest Patriots for the next step at TPS. KINDERGARTEN, HERE THEY COME! 🎉🎈

Congratulations are in order for a Track & Field member and our Baseball team. In Track & Field, Akoso Onyia qualified in 1st🥇place in the triple jump at last week’s CIF Finals and after his finish in today’s CIF masters round, he is heading to CIF State Championships this coming Friday! 🎉. Not only did he qualify, but he also beat the 2008 school record. Yesterday, our Baseball ⚾️ Team won their CIF quarterfinal round against Santiago High School and are moving on to semifinals this Tuesday 👏. GO PATRIOTS! ❤️🤍💙

Congratulations are in order for a Track & Field member and our Baseball team. Visual 🎨 and performing arts 🎭 are an important part of Classical curriculum and at TPS one of the ways we expose our Lower School students to visual arts is through the Meet the Masters art program. Students receive an art history lesson about a new artist each month and then use techniques the artist may have used to create their own piece of art. Each year at our “Spring Showcase & Art Fair”, we have the honor of showcasing a sample of the work that each student created, along with pieces from our 7th & 8th grade and high school art students. ♥️👏

Thanks to the generosity of TPS Foundation donors, another teacher mini-grant provided a great learning opportunity for our Transitional Kindergarten students ❤️. TK used their funds to have a hands-on reptile 🦎 🐍 presentation in their own classroom. They were so grateful for the experience to learn and have a great time with some interesting creatures!

Our Middle School and High School Cheer Teams recently attended the SHARP Knott’s Berry Farm State Championship and dis amazing! 📣. Our program were named the overall “Grand Master Champions 👏🎉 Middle School won 2nd in their division and High School won 1st in their division. They did an outstanding job and we are so proud! The TPS Concert Choir 🎶 and Chamber Singers 🎶 both participated in an adjudicated festival at Temecula Valley High School this week, with ten high school choirs attending from all over Southern California. Both choirs earned top scores and ratings of “Superior” in performance. ✨ Members of the Chamber Singers also shared their talent with us at the recent Patriots Ball. Congratulations to the choirs and Choir Director, Miss Risling 👏 for the winning performance at the festival and thank you for your presence at the ball! ❤️

Meet our incredible school counseling team! Led by Mrs. Lemkau (Lead Counselor & College Advisor), alongside Ms. Tellez (Upper School Counselor) and Ms. Servellon (Lower School Counselor). Their mission this year is to amplify student success ⭐️. Amplify means to make something stronger, louder, or better. A big part of their job is helping students set goals, stay motivated, and find strategies that work best to support academic success 🎓. Just in the past 2-weeks, they hosted Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery testing and a lunch meeting with U.S. Army, Navy, and Marine Corps personnel for interested students. They also hosted engaging lunch-time activities focusing on getting active, connecting with others, and more! Last night they hosted a very well attended 'College Night' for 9th-11th grade families, covering essential topics like graduation requirements, college/career options, standardized testing overview, financial planning, advice for course selection, financial aid planning and how to be a strong college applicant. We're truly grateful for their dedication! ♥️
