Between Friday, August 14, 2026, and Sunday, August 16, 2026 the flashing stop signs located at the intersection of Denoon Road and Hart Road were vandalized. The wires were cut using a cutting tool on purpose by an unknown person(s) and for unknown reasons. These flashing stop signs were installed at the request of the residence in that area to help make the intersection safer.

The Town of Norway Police Department is looking for the community’s assistance in identifying the person(s) who committed this act.
