Please tell me how locking up a man for not paying child support help him to pay for Child support.
* Now He has a record
** With a record that means he'll have a problem getting a good paying Job
*** Being Locked up means Tax payers dollars paying for his food and shelter
**** Being locked up means Tax payers dollars paying for his Child/Children's Food, Clothes, and shelter
***** Can Anyone see the Problem here...
