August IDT marks the final drilling period for FY25 for Golf Company. This year encompasses the merging of forward and rear personnel, following last year’s mobilization. In addition, the Ghostrider’s completed their Annual Training at Fort Stewart, GA, as well as several promotions for soldiers within the unit. Finally, we welcome 1SG Sullivan and bid a farewell to 1SG Capp. The Ghostriders are thankful for 1SG Capp’s service as well as welcome 1SG Sullivan, excited for all he plans to accomplish.

Today, Golf Company commander,CPT Benson and HHC Commander CPT Kimbrell, along with First Sergeant Wayne, are serving meals to the base battalions as a way to give back and show appreciation to all those who serve.

U.S. Army Soldiers, assigned to Golf Company 148th Brigade support Battalion, seen at M-4 range for qualification in the U.S. Central Command area of operations, Oct. 2, 2024. Service Members have to remain prepared to demonstrate their proficiency with the M-4 carbine. Soldiers are evaluated on their accuracy, weapon handling, and ability to perform under pressure.
