🚧 Ward Trail Pedestrian Bridge Delivery & Installation Update 🚧

An exciting milestone is approaching for the Ward Trail Project!

πŸ“… Weather and transportation conditions permitting, the new Ward Trail Pedestrian Bridge is expected to be delivered on or about Tuesday, June 16, 2026, with installation anticipated on Wednesday, June 17, 2026.

⚠️ To safely install the bridge, the canal beneath the bridge will be temporarily closed to boat traffic for approximately 24 hours. While the closure is currently anticipated for June 17, boaters should be prepared for a temporary canal closure at some point during the week of June 15, as weather and transportation conditions may affect the schedule.

🚚 Residents may also notice the oversized bridge being transported through Town before installation. This delivery marks a major step forward in completing this important community connection.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we work to bring this project safely and efficiently to completion!
