Good Afternoon Everyone,
As our annual parade is quickly approaching, we wanted to remind everyone of a few things:
As in years past, the parade will take place on July 4th (Friday) with step off at 7pm, and fireworks to follow at dusk.
Participation in the parade is completely free and there is no pre-registration required. We will have members coming around to all of the floats during line up to collect the necessary information for judging. Float line up is at 6pm on South Street, beginning at the intersection with State Route 296.
Fire Department apparatus and marchers line up is at 6pm on State Route 296 beginning near the intersection with South Street. We will have members coming around during line up to collect the necessary information for judging.
* We do not allow candy, beads, toys, etc. to be thrown from moving vehicles/ floats for safety reasons. If you would like to distribute these items to the crowd please have someone walk along or near the float/vehicle to pass them out safely.
*Sirens and airhorns are not to be used during the parade except for an emergency response.
