Join the Ojo Encino Community Library to celebrate their 1 year anniversary!

A friendly reminder!

Next Thursday June 11th 2026, we will be celebrating the 1 yr Anniversary 🎉of the opening of the library. It is a momentous achievement for a rural tribal community to accomplish. Being one of a few Navajo Tribal Libraries📚, it is something to celebrate!

We are happy to continue to serve the community.
So come by and support the library, we have books📚, AudioBooks💿 for check out, 2 desktop computers🖥, conference room, print services🖨 as well programs for the community to take part in every month.

If you could like to be a vendor at the Bazzar, Come by the library and pick up an application to reserve your spot! Spots are still available.

This program is in collaboration with First Things First and PBS SoCal.

What is Family Math?
Family Math is a research-based, multiplatform, program that focuses on building math positivity, confidence and knowledge of foundational math skills for families with children ages 2–5.
Family Math equips parents and caregivers with strategies and resources to
facilitate meaningful math experiences at home through playful learning and
hands-on activities.

Lee Rodgers will assist those caring for children 0-5 and those interested in developing their Navajo language speaking skills.

Lee will focus on the following:
- Ordinary interaction daily
- Conversation at the table
- Out traveling
- Doing Chores
- Simple bedtime stories
