Today, we pause to remember the victims of the tragic Be-Lo grocery store murders that occurred in Windsor on June 6, 1993.

Thirty-three years later, we continue to honor the memories of Grover Lee Cecil, Joyce Coburn Reason, and Johnnie Rankins Jr. Their lives were taken far too soon, and their families, friends, and community continue to carry the impact of that tragic night.

While decades have passed, the pursuit of justice has not ended. Investigators continue to seek information that may help identify the person responsible for these horrific crimes.

If you have any information, no matter how small it may seem, please contact the Windsor Police Department at 252-794-3111

We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🕯️
