Some insurance agents or scammers may use aggressive or misleading tactics to trick you into signing up for a plan that isn’t right for you, or to steal your personal information.

The Missouri SMP is here to provide you with information you need to protect, detect, and report potential Medicare fraud, errors, and abuse.

Medicare counselors are available, at no charge to you, to provide you with personalized assistance through the State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP). How about making new friends and a meaningful difference in your community?
We are currently looking for some very special volunteers to drive for our Provide-A-Ride (PAR) program!
As a PAR volunteer, you transport older adults to and from out-of-county medical appointments in your vehicle. You can take appointments as you you are able, and mileage reimbursement may be available. To volunteer, you must be 21 years old, a licensed and insured driver, and agree to undergo background checks. You will be asked to accompany clients to cities and communities from one to two hours from home.
