THE BIG W CARNIVAL IS BACK! THIS YEAR COMBINED WITH WHS OPEN HOUSE!šŸŽ 

The first week of school is behind us, so it is officially time to host a carnival! Celebrate the beginning of the 2026-2027 school year at Windsor High School while participating in raffles, playing games, exploring community resources, and touring the school.

AII WHS students and their families are invited to the biggest event of the season, happening right by the tennis courts! Plenty of activities await!

Conquer the rock wall!
Explore student clubs and activities!
Win spectacular prize giveaways!
And get excited for many more activities that could only be found at the Big W!

The Big W will take place from 5-7 PM on Thursday, September 10! Weā€™ll be waiting for you at 50 Sage Park Rd, Windsor, CT, right by the tennis courts.

Class info sessions will happen according to this schedule:

Grade 9: 5:10-5:30 pm
Grade 10: 5:40-6:00 pm
Grade 11: 6:10-6:30 pm
Grade 12: 6:40-7:00 pm

Join our FRC Coordinator, Christina Pace, for Wellness Walks every Wednesday in September, starting September 9!

Wellness Walks were created so Windsor parents can find a sense of community and build friendships within Windsor. During the walks, Christina will share helpful resources with families and foster a supportive environment that is very important for young parents.

Starting September 10, Oliver Ellsworth Elementary School will also be hosting open play groups on Thursdays from 9:30ā€“11:30 AM. We invite families to come over and play together!

Please join us next Wednesday, September 9, at 9:30 AM outside the Windsor Public Library, and Thursday, September 10, at 9:30 am, at Oliver Ellsworth Elementary!
