Each Wednesday, a teacher at Oliver Ellsworth is randomly selected to have some extra time for themselves. They can plan their next lesson, decompress from a previous one, or just… relax. These Wellness Wednesdays help our teachers feel appreciated and supported, so they can “See the Good” in each new day!

What a year for our incredible student-athletes!

On May 23, 2026, our athletes from Sage Park participated in the 18th Annual CT Middle School State Track and Field Championship. To score in the championship, athletes competed across 13 events and earned points based on their placement in each one.

Our girls team won the championship with an impressive 75 points. New Haven Age Group followed in second with 29 points, and Dodd placed third with 25. Our girls outscored the closest team by an incredible 46 points!

We are so proud of our students and their outstanding athletic achievements! Go Chargers!

20 years ago, the first choir class led by Dr. Tracee White graduated from Windsor High School. Last week, Dr. White’s alums from all over the country gathered together to celebrate the impact she had on their lives. Together with Dr. White’s current award-winning choir, WHS alums sang, laughed, cried, and celebrated their favorite teacher.

We are honored to have professionals like Dr. White dedicating their careers to raising our babies. We extend our sincere gratitude to Dr. White for making such a strong, lasting impact on our community!

In today’s “See the Good,” we wanted to introduce you to Agnes from Sage Park Middle School - a student who is committed to helping keep her community warm. She is solely responsible for organizing the Winter Coat Drive - Agnes developed the idea, created flyers, and distributed them by herself. We are proud to have such a caring and committed student!

Every week, the Poquonock Garden Enrichment Club meets to learn more about gardening from the Windsor Garden Club. They learn when and how to plant different seeds, which type of soil to choose, and how to care for the sprouts.

We are very thankful that our community is always there to help our students learn these important skills!
